SARASOTA (SNN-TV) – One day after Booker High School’s Josiah Booker committed to Central Michigan, a current Chippewas defensive tackle and Tornado-alum, Jacques Bristol has announced his entrance into the NFL Draft.

 

Bristol played in 57 games with 43 starts, made 144 total tackles, 28 tackles for loss with 13 sacks. The Sarasota-native also broke up six passes, forced two fumbles and recovered three fumbles during his tenure in Mount Pleasant, starting 37 consecutive games in his last three years. This season Bristol tallied 44 total tackles and four sacks.

Bristol signed with CHES Agency yesterday ahead of the draft, which is set for April 25th-27th in Detroit.
