PALMETTO – Deputies find surveillance video on the person who stole and butchered a horse for its meat. Manatee County Deputies say it happened sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday morning at the 5800 Block of Buckeye Road. The supposed thieves walked the horse out of the property and slaughtered the horse in a nearby field.
In the surveillance video, a man is seen walking up the stables around eleven-o-clock on Sunday, December 1st. Manatee County detectives consider them as a person of high interest.
