SARASOTA COUNTY (WSNN) – Four people are hospitalized after a 2-car accident.
It happened around 12:30 in the 8700 block of State Road 72. It involved a white Chevy sedan and a blue Ford truck.
Sarasota County Sheriffs Office says one person was trapped in the car.
Two people were taken to Sarasota Memorial Hospital and two to Doctors Hospital.
Both the east and the westbound lanes were blocked for about an hour. Deputies were directing traffic
Sarasota Sheriff’s office is investigating.
