VENICE (SNN-TV) – Trenton Kintigh, who had previously committed to Wofford, will sign with Old Dominion, and Brooks Bentley has committed to Division-II power, Wingate University.

Kintigh played in only 9 games for the Indians last season, accruing 73 total tackles and 5 tackles for a loss. Bentley completed 147 passes for 1,835 yards and 21 touchdowns, with only 3 interceptions. On the ground, Bentley was also a force, rushing for 473 yards on 126 carries for an additional 9 touchdowns.

Bentley joins a Wingate program that finished 11-3 last season after being defeating by West Florida in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division-II playoffs. Whereas Kintigh joins a ODU squad that finished 3-9 a season ago. Kintigh will now be a teammate of former Venice-turned-Monarch QB Hayden Wolff.
