MANATEE COUNTY- A teacher at Imagine Schools was bitten by a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office K-9.
It happened Wednesday morning. The deputy was dropping his son off at school, on his way to work. According to the deputy, the teacher accidentally released the K-9 when the teacher opened the rear side door. The teacher was transported to Manatee Memorial Hospital with two minor punctures to his abdomen. The incident is being investigated.
