SARASOTA – A Sarasota County bus driver has tested positive for COVID-19.

The Florida Department of Health has confirmed a positive test result for a SCAT driver on FRIDAY, MARCH 5TH

SCAT has identified three routes served by the affected driver.

 Route 6 on Tuesday March 2nd and March 3rd from 5 AM to 1:50 PM

And Route 40 on Thursday March 4th from 5 am to 12 pm

The Department of Health is recommending anyone who rode these routes on the dates listed to monitor themselves for possible COVID-19 symptoms.
