SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. (SNN) — The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate a missing teenager who was last seen leaving middle school Friday.
Deputies are searching for 14-year-old Jaiden Rafael Tolentino after he was spotted leaving Booker Middle School on foot. His parents reported him missing to the Sarasota County Schools Police Department after Jaiden did not return home.
According to SCSO, authorities received information that Jaiden was seen near T-Mobile, located at 8396 Lockwood Ridge Road in Manatee County.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office visited the area but were unable to locate him. Jaiden was last seen on video surveillance walking northbound toward Walmart at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
