SARASOTA – The body of a 38-year-old woman was found this morning by joggers on Holmes Beach near the 35th St. Beach Access point.
Investigators identified the woman as Tiffany Anne Williams. Detectives believe Williams was homeless and possibly under the influence of drugs and or alcohol.
According to investigators two joggers found Williams floating in the water. Once authorities pulled her to shore she was pronounced deceased on scene.
Detectives say there are no signs or suspect foul play. Their investigation continues.
