SAO PAULO, BRAZIL (SNN-TV) – 81-year old Brazilian soccer legend Pele has been hospitalized and is undergoing chemotherapy treatment for a tumor in his colon.
That’s according to a spokesperson at Sao Paulo’s Albert Einstein Hospital, who adds, Pele is in stable condition and expected to be released in the “next few days.”
Pele underwent surgery to remove a tumor from his right colon in September of this year.
