SARASOTA (SNN TV) – The free outdoor summer concert series returns at the Van Wezel.
Friday Fest returns with four dates, the first being this Friday, June 16. The band Kettle of Fish is a returning favorite; they’ll be playing blues, soul, and funk with the energy of rock ‘n roll.
The series continues with One Night Rodeo on July 21; they’re an American contemporary band.
TEN-76 makes their Friday Fest debut August 11; the Lakewood Ranch band covers classic and modern rock.
The reggae band Jah Movement closes the series on September 22nd. Jah Movement won the Manasota Honors 2021 Musical Artist of the Year.
Bring blankets or lawn chairs if you attend, plus money for food and drink vendors since you can’t bring outside food or drinks. Our partners at the Herald-Tribune are one of the sponsors for the series.
