SARASOTA (SNN-TV) – While the Orioles are here on the Suncoast for Spring Training, they’re also inspiring the youth of Sarasota.
Earlier today, MLB and Orioles top prospect Gunnar Henderson and 2022 top-draft pick Jackson Holliday participated in a physical education class at Sarasota Middle School as part of the Orioles Health & Fitness Challenge.

Launched in 2016, the Orioles Health & Fitness Challenge teaches middle school students to “eat, train, and live like the pros” by focusing on the importance of healthy eating, tobacco-free living, and physical fitness.
All of today’s participating students earned an Orioles Health & Fitness t-shirt, and two free tickets to the Orioles’ Spring Training opener on February 25th.
