SARASOTA (SNN-TV) – One of the most dynamic athletes here on the Suncoast has nailed down her collegiate decision, and she’s staying close to home.
Earlier today on Twitter, star Cardinal Mooney guard, Olivia Davis, announced her decision to attend the University of Tampa following her upcoming senior season.
The 5’7 sharpshooter averaged just over 16 points per game, while also shooting nearly 35% from three-point land.
Davis helped lead the Lady Cougars to the 3A State Title game, where Cardinal Mooney fell just short to Westminster Academy, 44-41.
Davis chose Tampa over multiple Division-1 offers, from the likes of Stetson, Jacksonville State, and Evansville.
