VENICE (SNN-TV) – One of college football’s most revered coaches was in Venice today with an eye on some 8A State champion recruits.
University of Alabama head coach, and 7-time national champion Nick Saban was in Venice today visiting the Venice High School team, primarily soon-to-be seniors Damon Wilson and Elliott Washington.
Both players hold offers from Alabama already as top-tier recruits, among several other Power-5 offers.
Saban and Alabama recently lost in the National Championship game on January 10th to Georgia, 33-18.
