SARASOTA – A multi-agency car pursuit stretching over three counties ends at a Waffle House parking lot in Sarasota.
According to a Hillsborough County spokesperson deputies began to follow a suspect with an active arrest warrant out of Tampa.
The suspect then led deputies on a multi-county pursuit southbound on I-75.
And getting off at the Clark Road exit where he pulled into the waffle house parking lot and ran from authorities.
The Florida Highway Patrol and Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office helped in the arrest.
The suspect is wanted for burglary charges by the Tampa Police Department.
