VENICE (SNN-TV) – With the Symetra Tour season complete and the LPGA Tour on its Asian swing, the rest of eyes on women’s golf shift to the Sunshine State for Stage 2 of the LPGA Qualifying Tournament beginning this Thursday, October 21st through Saturday the 24th in Venice.

A 179-player field is set to compete on the Panther and Bobcat Courses at Plantation Golf & Country Club.

Action begins at 8:00 a.m. all four days with the rotation Bobcat Course-Panther Course to be used in the first two rounds. 

10 competitors in the event hail from the state of Florida, while one Suncoast resident, Bradenton’s Ginger Howard tees off Thursday afternoon at 12:21PM.
