PALM HARBOR – Did you celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a dance? Our meteorologist’s dance studio did. Local studio Dancing on the Suncoast in Lakewood Ranch traveled to Palm Harbor on Sunday for the 5th annual Cinco de Mayo Showcase at The Cabaret Dance Club. The event lasted the entire day, with several of the studio’s students taking home awards.
Meteorologist Marco La Manno is almost a two-year student at Dancing on the Suncoast. He performed a salsa solo to Remember Me from the movie Coco.
Marco says some of the dancers were so impressive, he’s convinced some of them possess supernatural powers and will not be convinced otherwise.
