TAMPA (SNN-TV) – Following back-to-back victories over Tampa Bay after their Game One loss, the Maple Leafs erased a three-goal, third period Lightning lead to take yesterday’s Game 4 in overtime.

That’s two straight overtime losses for the Bolts, who now head for Toronto with their season on the line while staring up at a 3-1 series deficit.

Three Toronto goals in less than seven minutes in the third period flipped the game on its head and Alexander Kerfoot scored the game-winner early in overtime on a power play redirection.

Since winning the series opener on the road by four goals, the Lightning have lost three in a row heading into Game 5. Tampa Bay will get an extra day to try and regroup with Game 5 scheduled for Thursday in Toronto.
