SARASOTA (SNN-TV) – Riverview High School’s Jamier Jones has been named to MaxPreps Freshman All-American 2nd Team.
The 6’5 Wing concluded the season as the leading scorer for the Rams, averaging 20 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists.
Jones guided the Rams to a 21-8 record, and to the second round of the Class 7A state tournament.
Highlighted on the MaxPreps 1st Team are former NBA star Carlos Boozer’s sons, Cameron and Cayden, who led Miami Columbus to the 7A State Title.
