SARASOTA, Fla. (SNN TV) – “Howl-O-Ween” Movie Night is returning to the Suncoast.

Sarasota County Parks, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Sarasota Film Festival will present Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Ed Smith Stadium.

Sarasota County said there will be free children’s games and activities in the stadium concourse and on the baseball field from 5 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., the Orioles’ Bird will be there for a Halloween costume parade around the bases. Then the featured movie — “The Nightmare Before Christmas” — begins at 7 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket to watch from the outfield or in a seat in the stadium. Attendees are allowed to bring sealed water bottles, but outside food and coolers aren’t permitted. Instead, concessions will be available for purchase. High heels, folding chairs and strollers are not allowed on the field.

Guests also asked to bring one non-perishable food item for the All Faiths Food Bank. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
