SARASOTA -Gov. Ron DeSantis made several major announcement on Saturday.
DeSantis told reporters K-12 grade students will finish the school year from home. The governor has also ordered the states surgeon general to make the names of senior living facilities and other locations with positive coronavirus cases will become public knowledge.
He says it’s part of being transparent with Floridians regarding where the positive patient in locate.
However names of the patients will still be withheld to protect their identity.
