(WSNN) – Gas prices are on the rise once again.

Gas went up 12 cents a gallon last week, leaving drivers paying an average of $3.35, which is only one cent less than last year’s highest price per gallon.

So far this year, the U.S. price for crude oil has increased 15%.

AAA recommends trying to limit how much time you spend in the car, shop around for best gas prices in town, and consider paying cash.
