CLEVELAND, OH (SNN-TV) – After months of speculation and debate among sports fans, Deshaun Watson has finally found out his fate.

The Cleveland Browns quarterback is suspended for six-games this season for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy. Watson was accused of sexual assault and harassment by dozens of women. But, he repeatedly denied the claims.

Either side can make an appeal to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell within the next few days, but the league’s player association and Watson released a joint statement Sunday saying they would not do so.

Watson missed all of last season, when he was with the Houston Texans, as investigations into the allegations were underway.
