PORT CHARLOTTE (WSNN) – The need for the COVID-19 vaccine continues.

Tuesday morning had a long line of people waiting to get vaccinated in Port Charlotte.

Crews at the distribution center said they eventually ran out of doses.

If you received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine before January 20th, Charlotte County DOH will contact you to schedule your second dose. From January 20th on, the second dose will be scheduled when you get your first.
