SARASOTA- Hundreds attend the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides against Breast Cancer Walk.
The walk was originally scheduled for October 19 but was canceled because of Tropical Storm Nestor. The walk is a non-competitive 5K raising funds and awareness to end breast cancer. Participants gather to celebrate survivors as well as honor loved ones lost.
