BRADENTON (SNN-TV) – Just for Girls Learning Centers, welcomed anglers, guests and sponsors to their 2nd annual Just for Girls Fishing Tournament last week.
15 fishing teams enjoyed favorable weather and abundant hauls when they competed Friday and Saturday at Bahia Mar West Marina in Bradenton.
The tournament reeled in over $52,000 that will be used to support the three JFG Leadership and Learning Centers, in Palmetto and East & West Bradenton. This beat the $44,000 goal and out distanced last year’s contribution.
In 1st Place: Longshank at 21.8lbs, 2nd Place: Mosaic at 21.8lbs, and 3rd Place: Mosaic at 19.6lbs.
