BRADENTON, Fla. (SNN TV) – A girl and a man were shot in Bradenton Saturday night, as the Bradenton Police Department continues to investigate.

The incident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on the 1000 block of 14th Street West.

BPD said a 13-year-old girl and a 35-year-old man were shot multiple times by an unknown suspect. The girl was struck once, but the man was shot multiple times.

Both victims were hospitalized and their conditions have not been made public.

The suspect is described as a black male in a silver Chevrolet Impala. BPD said this appears to be an isolated incident.
