CONTEST RULES

  • Fill out the online form with your first and last name, street address, city, and telephone number.
  • Contest starts Monday, December 20, 2021.  Entries must be received by 11:59am on Monday, December 27, 2021.
  • Prize: There will be 5 winners selected. Each winner will receive a pair (2) of tickets to see Jefferson Starship at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall on Friday, December 31, 2021. One of the winners will receive the grand prize which will include a dinner buffet for two catered by Mattison’s at the Van Wezel the evening of the concert (*Alcohol, tax and gratuity are not included), and a one night stay (Expires 12/22) at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota.  Prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value, transferred or substituted.
  • random drawing of all entries will determine the prize winners at the end of the giveaway period. Five names will be drawn to win on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Winners may only be drawn for one of the prizes. The first winner will receive the Grand Prize and each subsequent winner will receive a pair of tickets to Jefferson Starship.
  • Odds of winner depend upon the number of entries.  If 100 entries, then each entrant has a 1/100 or 1% chance of winning the grand prize.
  • Value of the concert tickets is $154.   Prize value is based on the price of two tickets from the venue.
  • Value of the Grand Prize is $1208. Prize value is based on the price of two tickets from the concert venue, Mattison’s Buffet for 2 and one night stay (Dec. 31) at Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Contest not intended for children 13 years of age and younger.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Must live within the SNN-TV coverage area to be eligible for the contest.
  • Limit one entry per unique email address.
  • Winners will be notified by phone.
  • Winners must present a Florida ID or Driver’s License to claim prize.
  • Winners of the pair of concert tickets can claim their prizes at SNN at 2040 6th St. Sarasota, 34237 by no later than 4 pm Wednesday, December 29.
  • Winner of the Grand Prize can claim it at SNN at 2040 6th St., Sarasota, FL, 34237 by no later than 4 pm Wednesday, December 29.
  • Winners must pick up prize by deadline or forfeit the prize.
  • Winners assume responsibility for all applicable taxes, liability, and licenses. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099-misc.  In order to claim the prize the Grand Prize winner, must provide social security or tax identification number and sign an affidavit provided by the station.
  • Decisions by the judges are final.

Limitations:  Entrants must live within the SNN-TV viewing area and/or the Tampa- St. Pete (Sarasota), FL DMA as defined by the Nielsen Company. Those living in surrounding DMA’s; are not eligible to win unless they can receive SNN-TV at their place of residence via antenna or cable TV.

Employees, members of employees immediate family of SNN-TV, agents of any sponsor and their respective members, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, members of competing media, as well as associated advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
