-CONTEST RULES-

  • All participants must fill out the online form with your first and last name, street address, city, and telephone number.
  • Contest starts Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  All Entries must be received by 11:59am on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
  • Prize: There will be 11 winners selected. The first winner selected, The Grand Prize winner, will receive a pair (2)  Regatta VIP Saturday afternoon concert passes (including food and beverage and  complementary beer. ( tax and gratuity are not included), two (2) official racing jackets, a one night stay at The Marriott Riverwalk in Bradenton (02/11/2023 only).  Each runner up (10) will receive an Official Regatta Collectable Racing Jacket.  Prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value, transferred or substituted.
  • A random drawing of all entries will determine the prize winners at the end of the giveaway period. 11 names will be drawn to win at 4pm on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Winners may only be drawn for one of the prizes. The first the winner will receive the Grand Prize and each subsequent runner up will receive an Official Regatta Collectable Racing Jacket. 
  • Odds of winner depend upon the number of entries.  If 100 entries, then each entrant has a 1/100 or 1% chance of winning the grand prize.
  • Value of each runner up prize is $45. Prize value is based on the price of the Official Racing Jacket 
  • Value of the Grand Prize is $500.  The Grand Prize winner, will receive a pair (2)  Regatta VIP Saturday afternoon concert passes (including food and beverage and  complementary beer. ( tax and gratuity are not included), two (2) official racing jackets, a one night stay at The Marriott Riverwalk in Bradenton (02/11/2023 only). No purchase necessary to win.
  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Contest not intended for children 13 years of age and younger.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Must live within the SNN-TV coverage area to be eligible for the contest.
  • Limit one entry per unique email and IP address.
  • Winners will be notified by phone by Regatta organizers after the drawing.
  • All prize winners, including the winner of the Grand Prize, will claim their tickets at the Day Dock at the Bradenton Riverwalk the day of the event.
  • Winners must pick up prize by deadline or forfeit the prize.
  • Decisions by the judges are final.

Limitations:  Entrants must live within the SNN-TV viewing area and/or the Tampa- St. Pete (Sarasota), FL DMA as defined by the Nielsen Company. Those living in surrounding DMA’s; are not eligible to win unless they can receive SNN-TV at their place of residence via antenna or cable TV.

Employees, members of employees immediate family of SNN-TV, agents of any sponsor and their respective members, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, members of competing media, as well as associated advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
