UPDATE: Sarasota County Schools issued an address correction. Coastlife accept donations at their new campus at 1100 U.S. Hwy 41 Bypass, not 2235 Seaboard Avenue.

SARASOTA COUNTY (SNN TV) – If you are interested in donating supplies for local families and people in need after Hurricane Ian, here are some sites to which you can deliver items.

Grace Community Church on 8000 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota is open 9 a.m – 6 p.m each day through October 9.

First Sarasota – The Downtown Baptist Church on 1661 Main Street is open October 2 from 12 p.m to 4 p.m.

South Shore Community Church at 1899 South Tuttle Avenue in Sarasota is open 3 p.m to 7 p.m today, October 2.

CoastLife Church at 1100 U.S. Hwy 41 Bypass in Venice is open Monday, October 3 from 8 a.m to 10 a.m and 4 p.m to 7 p.m.

Sarasota Schools send us this information and asks to bring clothing, blankets, sheets, nonperishable foods, bottled water, juice boxes, basic toiletries, and comfort items such as stuffed animals, books, and games.
