CHARLOTTE COUNTY (SNN TV) – A low cost travel option for seniors begins in Charlotte County.
The county announced in a press release that it has partnered with Charlotte County Transit Services to transport seniors to and from an event.
Senior citizens who want to partake in events would meet in front of the Recreation Center at Harold Avenue Regional Park on the date of a program. Charlotte County transit will transport people to the attraction and return them back to the park. If you’re unable to drive, you can still be picked up by making reservations for a pickup and drop-off at your home by calling Charlotte County Transit.
