MANATEE COUNTY – Misty Servia has won her seat for County Commissioner District 4, defeating Melton Little.
Surrounded by friends, family and supporters at her watch party at Longhorn Steakhouse. Servia says she wanted she says she wanted to take her knowledge working in the public and private sector and now work for the people.
“Well it’s a tough job because there is always limited resources for the things we need to do, but you know what we are going to work hard on infrastructure needs which is big in south county and we’re going to work hard on public safety and economic development and those are the things that are most important and I will be pushing to bring all of that towards our district,” said Servia.
Servia has been a professional planner in Manatee County for 30 years.
