SARASOTA COUNTY – 45-year-old William Thomas Peltier of Sarasota was first arrested July 5th on charges related to transmitting child pornography.
He pleaded not guilty to those charges and bonded out of jail, but after further investigation by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, images were reportedly found on his lap top. He was arrested again on Wednesday, and charged with 40 more third-degree felonies. His bond has not yet been set.
The arrest report shows his employer is the Manatee County EMS.
