MANATEE — There are great runs, then there is the tear Manatee high school wide receiver, Jayden Corbett has been on. The Junior wide- out has racked up 8 touchdowns over the last three weeks, totaling more than 350 yards.
Manatee opened the season 0-3, and thanks to our Student Athlete of The Week, Corbett, the Hurricanes have rattled off four straight wins, putting them in prime position to win the 7A-10 district. Manatee meets Venice on October 28, to wrap up the season.
