SARASOTA – Artists have made their way back to St. Armands.
The 18th annual St. Armands Circle Art Festival has welcomed artists from around the Suncoast to display their work to art lovers and beyond.
The event takes place along South Boulevard of Presidents and inside St. Armands Circle.
The event is free and will be back Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
