SARASOTA (WSNN) – The pride car parade fills Sarasota’s streets with color!

The LGBTQ organization Project Pride, hosted its annual car parade in downtown Sarasota, Saturday morning. 

The parade began on Main Street near the intersection of East Avenue and ended at North Trail with drinks and dining at The Reserve.

More than 50 cars with about 200 people participated in the colorful event.

Some of the organizations that came out include, SPARCC, CAN, Equality FL, and ALSO Youth.

Cars were decked out in pride gear with the best decorations winning a prize.
