HOUSTON– At least eight people are dead after a crowd surge during the sold-out Astroworld music festival in Houston, Texas, on Friday.

25 people were transported to the hospital, 11 who were taken by ambulance were in cardiac arrest, and more than 300 were treated at the scene.
