Week 3 Preview: Packers vs. Buccaneers

TB vs AR 2

TAMPA (SNN-TV) – With Week 3 of the NFL season here, the Bucs prepare for their first home game of the year, welcoming the back-to-back MVP, Aaron Rodgers, and the Green Bay Packers to Raymond James Stadium.

Sunday’s match-up will mark the first game in NFL history in which both starting quarterbacks already have at least three NFL MVP awards.

The last two times teams guided by Brady and Rodgers met each other in the regular season, the victorious quarterback went on to guide his team to the Super Bowl championship, which was Brady both times, with the Patriots in 2018 and the Bucs in 2020. The last time these two quarterbacks squared off it was in the 2020 NFC Championship Game, with the Bucs winning 31-26, en route to their Super Bowl victory.

Kickoff Sunday from Raymond James is set for 4:25pm on Fox.
