MANATEE COUNTY – Sarasota County Sheriff’s made an out of county arrest. A source with our media partners at the Herald Tribune tells us the arrest was a possible drug bust conducted by the Sarasota Sheriff’s.
A suspected was arrested at the Walmart on Lockwood Ridge Road and University Parkway. Deputies say he tried to drive off but crashed into two cars.
We left messages with the Sarasota and Manatee County Sheriff’s Office and are waiting on the agencies to respond. We’ll be sure to update you with any new information when it becomes available.
