SARASOTA (SNN-TV) – Suncoast-based artist and musician, Ryanito, partnered with the Sarasota Paradise, a USL2 semi-professional soccer team on a theme song.
In their inaugural season on the Suncoast, the Paradise sought out to ingratiate themselves into the community through Sarasota’s cultural and artistic history. Leading to rapper, Ryanito, a nearly two decade resident of the Suncoast and son of Uruguayan immigrants, deciding to combine his passions of soccer, culture and music, to create the aptly named song, “Paradise”.
Now infinitely associated with the team, the Paradise Project also offers inclusion and diversity with various genres available including versions in English and Spanish, as well as Orchestral, Instrumental, House, and Marching Band versions. Ryanito, and his manager Marcel Bauduin, sought the help of local musicians like Riverview High School’s Kiltie Band and others, to further root the song in Suncoast culture.

Kick-starting the process of bringing a soccer team to the Suncoast six months before the season, Sarasota Paradise Owner and Founder, Marcus Walfridson found footing to start play back in May.
Having a fondness for art, music and culture alike, Walfridson wanted the Sarasota Paradise to be a team for the community, by the community. On-boarding local artists like Ryanito, allows Walfridson and the Paradise organization to creatively tap-in to their long-term goals.

The Paradise’s next home game and final outing of the regular season will be played Saturday. July 15th at Sarasota High School at 7:30pm, with VIP experiences beginning at 6pm inside the Sarasota Art Museum. For more information you can visit the team’s website.
