BRADENTON (WSNN) – Second teen is charged with murder in the fatal drive-by shooting in east Bradenton.
Twenty-year-old Antonio Aguirre was fatally shot in a drive by shooting in the 700 block of 25th Street East in Bradenton, last Thursday.
Bradenton Police reports that 15-year-old Damian Perez, confessed to his role in the crime, Tuesday. That arrest, by BPD came 4 days after police charged another 15-year-old, Luis Montesinos, with second-degree murder in the death of Aguirre.
Both teens are from Palmetto.
