BRADENTON (SNN-TV) – Coming off their recent 15 point loss this past Saturday to Santa Fe College, the SCF Manatees were back in Bradenton tonight, playing host to the St. Petersburg College Titans.
SCF’s leading scorer Pop Weathers came in to tonight’s contest having recently be named a top-100 player in the JUCO ranks.
Weathers would have some help in the scoring column tonight from Kwo Agwa, who finished and led the Manatees with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 5 blocks, en route to an 88-65 win for the Manatees. The win improves SCF to 10-5 on the year.
SCF is back in action this Saturday at Hal Chasey Gymnasium at 2, against Santa Fe College.
