BRADENTON – Supporters of President Donald Trump did not stay silent here on the Suncoast after having felt cheated out of a Trump Victory this election.

In Manatee County dozens of his supporters gathered in Bradenton outside the Desoto Square Mall. The mall is the site where two weeks ago the largest Trump Train Rally on the Suncoast took place.

Many were protesting the results of the 2020 elections, which since have called the victory to be for former Vice-President Joe Biden.

Protesters exchanged words with drivers along the intersection of U.S. 301 and U.S. 41. Several shouting that the election isn’t over and that they will recognize the legal president once a recount was complete.

Andrea Acker from Wakulla County Florida says she returned to the Suncoast, where she’s from, to show her support for President Trump. She says this was her first election she voted in as she sees Trump as not your average politician and rather a man of action.

Acker says she brought her children to demonstrate why we must fight for justice to be restored to the country’s democracy.

“This election is not over, there are still ballots being counted. Furthermore, there are several instances of fraud that need to be investigated. As we all know the vote counts were all very close,” said Acker.

She adds that after the recount is complete there will be four more years of the current administration.

“Since many of the states that Donald Trump was leading in flipped at 4 a.m. in the morning with big ballot drops that were all in favor of Joe Biden there’s a lot of people that don’t take that at face value, and show our support and say this we need to stop the steal,” she said.

Deputies were called on scene advising the protesters to clear from the medium for safety concerns.

Many of the president’s supporters say they believe Trump was cheated out of a second term in office, and will not be silence until the legal president of the United States sit in the Oval Office.
