PORT CHARLOTTE (SNN-TV) – One of the Suncoast’s brightest stars, recently reached a goal many high school basketball players dream of.
Port Charlotte two-sport star, Alex Perry, surpassed the 1,000 career point mark on February 4th in the Pirates win over Bartow in the Mosaic Shoot Out.
Port Charlotte honored Perry prior to Wednesday’s district semi-final against DeSoto County. Perry would then lead the Pirates to another victory over the Bulldogs, 57-45.
The Coffeyville Community College commit, with milestone in tow, enters tonight’s 12th district final against Clewiston hoping for his 3rd careers district title victory.
