BRADENTON – It’s a one of a kind facility found nowhere else in the U.S.
“The building itself is innovative it’s a modular construction but it’s a hybrid modular construction.” said Sanjeev Joseph, Founder and CEO of Fyzical Lakewood Ranch. “We’re using shipping containers as the building components but we’re also using a slab on grade foundation.”
Joseph and his team celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Fyzical facility for physical therapy and balance center. It’ll be the first of its kind in the Suncoast to provide physical and audiology therapy to its patients.
“At this location not only are we providing physical therapy we’re providing audiology, hydrotherapy, fitness and wellness. So it is a complete care that we’re going to provide here,” said Joseph.
Joseph says not matter your age this new facility can help anyone from an athlete to anyone dealing with pain. “We can train an athlete and we can train someone that’s in later stages of life and even confined to wheelchairs,” he said. “We can get them and walk again, whoever you are we’re able to make it so that your life is better your health is better and your outcomes are better.”
For Joseph opening this new center has been a dream of his and hopes to provide the people of Manatee County with a state of the art facility affordable to all.
“This was the area that I started in, so as soon as I found an opportunity to purchase a plot of land her I jumped at it because I wanted to be back here,” said Joseph.
Construction on the new Fyzical location is set to be complete this summer with its grand opening scheduled for July of 2019.
