Lightning announce 2022-23 regular season schedule

TAMPA (SNN-TV) – The Tampa Bay Lightning announced their 2022-2023 regular season schedule today.

The 82-game campaign features the Bolts opening the season on the road with three games, including an Eastern Conference Final rematch with the New York Rangers to kick off the season on October 11th, before returning home to Amalie Arena on Tuesday, October 18th to host the Philadelphia Flyers. Tampa Bay will play seven of the first nine games on the road.

The Lightning will play an even split of 41 home and road games once again and will have their longest home stand of the season with six consecutive games from December 3rd-December 15.

The longest road trip of the year will consist of five games from January 14th-January 21 with stops in St. Louis, Seattle, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary.

Tampa Bay will face the Colorado Avalanche for the first time since the 2022 Stanley Cup Final on February 9th at Amalie Arena.
