SARASOTA – Legacy Trail consultant submitted plans for a design update to Sarasota County, this week. Gulf Coast cyclists get a closer look on the future segments of the 10.7-mile trail.
The first segment will extend from Proctor Road to Bahia Vista Street. The second will stretch from the trail at Culverhouse Nature Park to Proctor Road. And the third segment will go from Bahia Vista Street to Ringling Boulevard.
Construction is anticipated to begin sometime next year. For more information, the herald tribune.
