SARASOTA-MANATEE- Home flipping profits are going down.
According to real estate researcher ATTOM Data Solutions nearly 5% of home and condo sales in the second quarter of 2019 were considered flips.
Gross profits for home-flippers were also down by more than 7-thousand dollars in Sarasota-Manatee. The median gross profit on a home flipped in April-June was less than $58,000 dollars.
