That was the theme of a special luncheon today hosted by the Herald Tribune.
SNN’s very own evening anchor, Cynthia McLaughlin served as the emcee of the ‘Best Place to Work 2021.’
The awards recognized 28 businesses across the Suncoast going above and beyond for their employees.
This year’s Best Place to work was awarded to Perform c-b, a Suncoast marketing agency offering free health care, monthly social activities and a 401k match.
“We really think about what we can do to level up and take care of our employees, treat them as real people and just always think of new and exciting things that we can bring to bear, especially over this past year,” said Perform CB, Best Place to Work winner, Erin Cigich.
