KANSAS CITY, MO (SNN-TV) – The 2023 NFL Draft is taking place in Kansas City this week and the NFL is gearing up for the big event.

As the Draft kicks off Thursday, players will walk the red carpet and make their way to the green room where they will wait to hear if their names are called to the big stage.

At 3.1 million square-feet, this year’s NFL Draft theater is the largest one to date, as it’s designed to fit and highlight Kansas City’s Union Station.

The Carolina Panthers have the first overall pick. And after they make their selection, Houston, Arizona, Indianapolis, and Seattle will round out the top five picks. The Buccaneers have the 19th overall pick.
