HOUSTON (SNN-TV) – Former Lakewood Ranch star and former NFL defensive back, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, and the “Kings of Florida” were crowned the 2021 AFFL champs yesterday in Houston.
Rodgers-Cromartie and his team won the title in a best 2 out of 3 series over the Dallas, Texas based “Freaks”. The payout for the winners was $200,000.
What’s next for the Bradenton native has yet to be determined, but he’s recently shown an interest in returning to the NFL, despite retiring in 2019.
